You will be responsible for driving production capacity through process improvement, machine uptime optimization, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities (Technical Focus): Production Oversight: Manage daily operations, including CNC, assembly, and maintenance of technical equipment. Process Improvement: Utilize Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction. Planning & Quality: Develop production schedules to meet demands while ensuring adherence to ISO and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor production personnel.
