To support this, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Merchandise Coordinator who is confident in communicating clearly and professionally, and able to ensure products move through the development process on time and as intended. As an organised and proactive Merchandise Coordinator, you bring a strong sense of accountability and follow-through to your work. Your ability to coordinate across multiple moving parts, maintain accuracy, and keep teams aligned will play a key role in enabling consistent product execution. The Merchandise Coordinator who joins our Product team will be required to: Support the product lifecycle from concept through to production by coordinating timelines, milestones and deliverables Track progress across development stages, ensuring all requirements are met in line with critical paths Work closely with Product Leaders, Designers, Suppliers and internal teams to keep work aligned and progressing Manage product information, updates and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems Coordinate sample flow, ensuring submissions, feedback and approvals are tracked and communicated effectively Identify risks that may impact timelines or delivery, and elevate where needed Provide reliable product information to support downstream processes across the business Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners, ensuring information is shared in a structured and well thought through manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
