Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Stock Forecaster to ensure optimum stock levels. Duties & Responsibilities Key performance areas: System coordination for supplier accounts to optimize the most profitable order patterns/frequency Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results Place supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and service Promotional planning and replenishment Project management Data analysis and reporting Desired Experience & Qualification The successful candidate must have: Matric with a relevant degree Minimum of 2 years relevant experience would be advantageous Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Computer literate (Excel – Advanced would be advantageous) Product and market knowledge Ability to cope under pressure Excellent planning and organizational skills Proven leadership skills Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
