Job Summary: The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes. They play a vital role in maintaining employee records, managing benefits programs, and assisting with HR-related tasks. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management 1 - 2 years relevant experience ERS Biometrics Experience Decision making Problem solving Position Responsibilities Biometrics – loading of new employee’s (ASO + TES) Ensuring pay slips are sent out in a timely manner. Ensuring IRP5’s are sent out to all employees accordingly. Managing and maintaining the ORG Charts Onboarding of new employees – Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation and training Employee Starter Packs – to be completed as per checklist Induction packs – to be given to all new employees Ensuring the employee of the month hampers are sent out timeously FTC requisitions to be completed and signed off by relevant HOD and sent to HO Keep track of foreigners’ spreadsheet Terminations – assist with offboarding process, including document management Assisting with WSP submissions Checking of invoices Capturing of overtime on excel Filing Assisting with any other Adhoc duties Leadership Standards Rewards value not time Professional value and personal commitment Build and sustain partnerships Providing necessary feedback Skills and Attributes Diplomacy Initiative Tolerance of stress Creativity Proactivity Able to interact at middle management level Able to plan ahead Manage time Able to prioritize Custodian of company vision/mission/culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
