Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) certificate Technical diploma, degree or relevant qualification would be an advantage 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, electronics, or similar work Good at solving problems Love learning about technology Good communication skills (speaking and writing) Patient and focused on helping customers Can work well under pressure Comfortable using mobile apps and cloud platforms Technical subjects from school Experience helping installers or trade customers Knowledge of smart homes, IoT, CCTV, or networking Basic electrical knowledge (switches, relays, live/neutral wiring) Understanding of home networks and connected devices Role Details Help customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and online ticket systems Help customers and installers set up and fix smart home devices Fix connection problems (Wi‑Fi, Zigbee, Matter, Ethernet) Support smart home products like switches, sensors, hubs, cameras, and controllers Help installers with wiring diagrams and installation advice Pass difficult problems to managers or suppliers when needed Keep help documents and FAQs up to date Help internal teams with product demos and testing Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
