As we continue expanding across international markets, we’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer (Export) to help accelerate our growth. Overview As a Sales Engineer, you will promote and grow our HVAC (air conditioning) product range by working closely with consultants, engineers, and key clients across export markets. This role offers regular international travel (approximately one week per month), giving you the opportunity to build relationships, support clients, and drive business growth across borders. You’ll act as the key link between customers, sales, and product development ensuring customer needs are met while supporting expansion in export regions. What you’ll be doing Sales & Business Development Promote and sell HVAC products to consultants, developers, and end users in export markets Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Identify and develop new international business opportunities Increase market share through specifications ("spec-ins") and network expansion Achieve and exceed sales targets Client Support, Training & Engagement Prepare accurate quotations and proposals Provide technical advice and application support Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions Conduct training sessions, seminars, and presentations Develop engaging technical and promotional content Project & Strategy Involvement Collaborate on project specifications with consultants and key accounts Contribute to sales and product strategies Provide market feedback to improve product positioning Support marketing and promotional initiatives Internal Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) Report on sales performance, market activity, and opportunities Share insights to support product development and strategy What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in the HVAC industry Mechanical Engineering qualification (or relevant experience) Strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills A proactive, self-driven approach Ability and willingness to travel internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
