Responsibilities Patient data capturing Patient Billing for a variety of Specialist Doctors, Allied, GP’s Have expert knowledge on charge codes and ICD10 codes for all Specialists, Allied and GP’s Receipt and distribution of billing Billing optimisation Understands the various medical aid agreements Ensure correctness of billing and abide by each practice’s agreement Billing queries Double‑check correctness of billing before posting Record keeping of queries Keep up to date with new billing rules in the industry by any means necessary.
