Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balancePrepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentaryPerform full balance sheet reconciliations including bank, creditors, and debtorsProcess journals, accruals, and prepaymentsEnsure completeness and accuracy of financial data across operationsAssist with year‑end reporting and liaise with external auditorsManage rental income schedules and tenant billing processesMonitor lease agreements, escalations, and recoveries (rates, utilities, etc.)Reconcile tenant accounts and follow up on outstanding balancesTrack property‑related expenses including maintenance, utilities, and ratesPrepare monthly property performance reports (income vs expenses)Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting for property operationsMonitor capex and maintenance spend against approved budgets Skills & Experience: Minimum 35 years experience in an accounting or finance roleStrong experience in full accounting up to trial balanceExposure to property accounting or rental portfolios advantageousExperience with reconciliations, journals, and monthly reportingStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities Qualification: Relevant Accounting Degree OR Equivalent For more information connect with us on
