Duties & Responsibilities Maintain balance sheet trackers and conduct regular balance sheet reviews. Review compliance with corporate financial controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Oversee intercompany balances, assist in resolving discrepancies, and drive the settlement of outstanding items. Support and prepare regional teams for internal audits. Track and close audit findings and action plans. Ensure group finance policies and instructions are communicated and implemented effectively. Assist with local ownership and regulatory requirements across the region. Review and support optimisation of legal entity structures. Drive initiatives to close dormant entities where appropriate. Provide support on ad hoc finance and compliance projects. Desired Experience & Qualification Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of experience preparing accounts through to balance sheet level, including complex reconciliations. Strong foreign exchange experience. Regional finance experience supporting multiple countries, companies, and business units. Proven experience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, and financial controls. Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including:Excel PowerPoint OneDrive document management Virtual collaboration and document-sharing platforms Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as PeopleSoft, SUN, or similar platforms.
