Experience & Qualifications Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification 4-6+ years’ experience in premium casual or fine‑dining kitchens Proven expertise in breakfast service, menu development, and high‑volume execution 2+ years in a leadership role, managing breakfast brigades and junior chefs Strong knowledge of cost control, supplier coordination, and operational discipline Ability to balance creativity with consistency in a fast‑paced environment Key Responsibilities Lead breakfast kitchen operations Develop and execute innovative breakfast menus aligned with brand standards Oversee food costing, procurement, and supplier relationships with a focus on sustainability and profitability Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards Mentor and train breakfast chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of discipline and creativity Collaborate with management to align breakfast operations with overall business goals Salary Package R20,000 – R25,000 CTC , no additional benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
