We are seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Regional Coordinator – Clinical Care to strengthen clinical standards and support excellence across our facilities in the African Region. This is a pivotal regional role focused on standardising clinical care, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement across all Nazareth Care Houses. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, you will support the implementation of clinical protocols, training programmes, audit processes, and digital monitoring systems, ensuring consistency, accountability, and excellence in resident care. YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the implementation and monitoring of clinical SOPs and protocols across all facilities Conduct audits, track compliance, and implement corrective action plans Develop and deliver training programmes, competency tools, and staff development initiatives Support clinical quality improvement and strategic initiatives Investigate and report on incidents and complaints, ensuring learning and accountability Collaborate across teams to enhance resident care and wellness programmes Support nursing recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Strengthen digital clinical systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making OUR REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid SANC registration Minimum 10 years’ clinical experience, including 3 years in a managerial role Experience in geriatric and/or sub-acute care Proven exposure to audits, quality assurance, and staff training Strong understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory standards Advanced computer literacy and experience with digital systems Strong leadership and coordination capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability High level of attention to detail and accountability Skilled in training, facilitation, and capacity building Ability to work independently and collaboratively Innovative, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset OUR BENEFITS NPO Market-related salary Provident Fund Contribution on successful completion of probation Employee Wellness Program at no cost.
