Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst Specialist to operate at a strategic level across our Group Technology environment. This role is responsible for bridging business strategy, processes, and technology , ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, sustainable, and future-fit solutions. The successful candidate will work across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders and operating comfortably in ambiguity. The BA Specialist will connect business vision to execution , shaping both current-state understanding and future-state design across processes, systems, and data. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Business Analysis Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and shape business strategy and objectives Translate strategic goals into business capabilities, operating models, and technology requirements Provide input into enterprise-wide transformation initiatives 2. Enterprise & Capability Modelling Develop and maintain business architecture views (capabilities, value streams, processes, information flows) Create current-state and future-state models across business, data, and technology domains Ensure alignment between business architecture and IT architecture 3.
