We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to grow and manage a defined territory within the automotive aftermarket. This role is for someone who takes ownership—identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales across distributors, retailers, and workshops. Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and workshops Drive sales and increase product range within existing accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities Promote and build awareness of all company brands Execute promotions and track results Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates Investigate and resolve customer claims professionally Represent the company at customer and industry events Consistent achievement of sales targets Growth in market share and customer base Strong customer relationships and retention Accurate, timeous reporting and CRM discipline Grade 12 (Diploma in Sales/Marketing advantageous) Minimum 5 years’ automotive aftermarket sales experience Strong knowledge of motor parts / filtration (advantageous) Proven track record of sales performance Valid driver’s licence Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems What We’re Looking For Self-starter who takes initiative and drives results Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong relationship builder and influencer Someone who brings ideas—not just execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
