This is not a pure reporting role. Youll be working inside active telecoms environments, using data to troubleshoot, analyse, and improve systems that are constantly in motion. Key Responsibilities Data Investigation & Analysis Write SQL queries to extract, analyse, and interpret data to diagnose issues and support decision-making. System Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve software and data-related issues within telecoms applications. Application Support Work with web-based systems, supporting and maintaining environments (ASP.NET exposure beneficial). Stakeholder Interaction Engage with internal teams and clients to understand problems and deliver practical solutions. Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve system performance.
