Minimum requirements: Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric Sales or Marketing qualification (advantageous) Experience Proven experience in Sales and Marketing Management Experience within the HVAC, Ventilation, Smoke Extraction, or related technical industry will be advantageous Technical sales background essential Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and developers Experience compiling tenders, quotations, and project proposals Technical Skills Proficient in:MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint AutoCAD Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics Understanding of ventilation design proposals and costing processes Other Requirements Valid drivers license Own reliable transport (negotiable) Willingness to travel Key Responsibilities Build and maintain business relationships with:Fire Engineers Consulting Engineers Quantity Surveyors Architects / PQS Project Management Consultants Main Contractors / Roofing Contractors Property Managers / Developers Local Authorities End Users Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies Conduct technical sales presentations and client consultations Interpret technical drawings and project specifications Prepare sales tenders, quotations, proposals, and reports Assist with costing sheets and approval of ventilation design proposals Identify new business opportunities and grow market share Manage client accounts and maintain strong industry relationships Lead and coordinate sales activities and support teams where required Consultant: Caitlin Kotze - Dante Personnel East Rand
