This individual will not only drive product strategy and delivery but will also actively manage and lead development teams , ensuring execution, alignment, and delivery excellence. Mandatory Requirements Gaming industry experience (software environment) Proven experience managing development teams Hardware-only backgrounds will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Own and manage gaming software products throughout their lifecycle Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy Manage and lead software development teams Translate business and player requirements into clear backlogs and deliverables Develop BRDs and FRDs Work closely with stakeholders, Sales, and Marketing Monitor product performance and competitor landscape Manage budgets including cost and margin analysis Report on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation strategies Ensure on‑time, high‑quality product releases Minimum Requirements 5+ years Product Owner / Product Management experience Proven experience in the gaming software industry Demonstrated experience managing and driving software development teams Strong Agile methodology knowledge Experience with Jira and Confluence Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and leadership ability Strong technical understanding of software environments Ideal Profile Commercially minded with strong delivery focus Comfortable leading technical teams Structured, detail‑oriented, and strategic Thrives in an office‑based environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
