Salary Offered: R15 000 to R20 000 We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to build trust, guide meaningful conversations, and confidently close deals in a fast-paced international environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with clients from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds who are making one of the most important and emotional decisions of their lives. Your ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence will play a key role in converting inbound interest into successful bookings. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who can build genuine relationships, manage a pipeline effectively, and deliver an exceptional client experience while consistently achieving targets. What Success Looks Like Taking ownership of your full sales pipeline within the first 90 days Managing consistent and structured follow-ups Closing 25-35 bookings per month Building trust with clients through clear and empathetic communication Demonstrating accountability, consistency, and strong self-management What We Are Looking For Proven B2C sales experience with strong closing ability Experience working with international or multicultural clients Highly disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management Emotionally intelligent and confident in sensitive conversations Financially motivated and performance driven Organized, proactive, and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment during international working hours Required Experience 3-6 years of B2C sales experience Experience within hospitality, travel, visa/immigration, insurance, luxury services, SaaS, or international services is advantageous Strong spoken and written English communication skills Additional languages are highly advantageous Core Values Empathy: You genuinely care about people and know how to navigate emotional conversations with professionalism and understanding.
