Our company is looking for a potential candidate to join our Fixed Assetsteam in the capacity of a Asset Management Consultant, to be based at our North West Region. Financial Analysis & Valuation Strategic Thinking & Planning Data Analysis & Reporting Client Relationship Management & Communication Responsibilities Responsible for delivering products and services within the financial parameters as agreed with the client. Accurate record keeping of billable hours, travel and other financial info impacting client billing. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes Understanding of Client Business Processes. Lead compilation projects by ensuring working papers, status reports, and timelines are managed effectively, attending progress meetings, and resolving any issues promptly. Provide clients with guidance on asset management processes and offer hands‑on assistance when needed. Oversee the installation, upgrades, and customization of systems on servers and workstations, ensuring alignment with client business processes while analysing and contributing to application enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, conduct thorough testing, and contribute to the development of manuals, user guides, and support reports to meet business requirements. Assess client training needs, prepare materials and learning aids, and conduct structured training sessions on processes and transactions. Oversee all Fixed Assets training by planning, scheduling, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer aligned with the company's service offering. Define business requirements, recommend technical approaches, and design specifications for Fixed Assets related software development. Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of modules, ensuring the final product meets defined requirements. Prepare weekly status reports and maintain up‑to‑date project plans, issues, and risks on Project Manager.com. Ensure clients are billed monthly and that issues and risks are promptly raised, updated, and resolved. Mentor and coach junior staff, providing support and direction in their professional growth.
