Position: Sales & Accounts Administrator Location: Kyalami Business Park, Midrand, South Africa. Responsibilities Responsible for working with the Business Development Manager & PSD Manager to ensure effective high-quality customer service, and timely administrative delivery of BMM’s Services. Provide administrative, clerical and customer support within the Sales Department. Act as a key account interface between customer and the BMM teams for agreed key accounts. Provide input into development of the sales and marketing business strategies and activities for the African and South African region. Research and provide gaming industry intelligence to management and sales team. Support the Business Development Manager & PSD Manager as requested with general sales process and customer engagement. To actively and positively engage with internal stakeholders to ensure that key customers delivery expectations are met on direction of the Business Development Manager & PSD Manager. To report any serious customer situations that may impact BMM (positive or negative impacts). Creditors invoice receipt and prepare and send creditors invoices to the finance department for payment and record purposes. To prepare and distribute monthly sales reports and related account activities and submit to the Sales team. Assist the Business Development Manager & PSD Manager to record Minutes of client meetings where relevant. Perform account management on direction of the Business Development Manager & PSD Manager for agreed customers. Ensure projects are monitored and that the project effort is in line with proposals, billable hours and invoicing. Support forecasting and Sales opportunities reporting to the Business Development Manager & PSD Manager where relevant. All Sales tools / databases (Salesforce) are maintained, updated and accurate with regards to customers, contacts, IR’s, sequencers. Compile Sales reports on client expenditure, key customer strategies, win/loss clients and work with the Business Development Manager on exclusivity deals and client Tiers. Support with the generation of quotes and proposals and record keeping management of all Supplier Applications, proposals, MSA’s, NDA’s and Due Diligence documents. Assist with marketing activities on direction of Management. Maintain close contact with customers and prospects to ensure BMM’s services are viewed positively and continue to meet or exceed customer requirements. Responsible for Age Analyses and debtor’s cash collection time to -35 days from invoice date. Following up with clients where payments are delayed. Work with PSD and Project Administrator for the completion of all invoicing within 3-day deadline. Invoicing must be completed within 3 days of the last day of the month. To complete other reasonable requests made by BMM from time-to-time that are related to the overall success of BMM. Minimum Requirements University Degree, National Diploma, or Diploma in Sales, Business or Marketing. Strong ability to perform sales administration, professionalism, etiquette and a friendly demeanor. Critical attention to detail, a self-starter, deadline driven. Specific Requirements Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as and when required. Be able to work extended hours where agreed with the company.
