KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, including processing, invoicing, and dispatch Lead, support, and coordinate the operations team to ensure high performance and accountability Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, and supplier coordination processes Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows for efficiency gains Handle customer queries and resolve escalations in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support campaigns, promotions, and business growth initiatives Report operational challenges, risks, and performance updates clearly and timeously to management and directors Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all operational functions REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or e-commerce environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities High attention to detail and strong process discipline Ability to quickly learn and manage technical workflows and large product catalogues (SKUs) Tech‑savvy with experience in e‑commerce platforms and order management systems (advantageous) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work independently Own reliable transport is essential Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operational environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
