REQUIREMENT:- RSA ID and legal residence essential- Relevant Pastry / Culinary qualification- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Head Pastry Chef in a luxury hospitality environment- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation- Ability to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent attention to detail and creativity- Good organisational and stock control skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and manage the pastry kitchen and daily operations- Create and maintain high-end desserts, pastries, and baked goods- Design and update dessert menus and offerings- Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control- Manage stock, ordering, and ingredient sourcing- Train and develop pastry team members- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and production planningPACKAGE:- R20 000 Negotiable (DOE)- Live-in accommodation providedLOCATION: Pilanesberg, North West
