Key Responsibilities Support the Workshop Manager in a constructive and professional manner Manage daily workload efficiently and maintain high administrative standards Build and maintain sound working relationships with other departments Ensure adherence to all service department procedures and processes Invoice and cost job cards on a daily basis Identify, process, and manage warranty claims accurately Follow up on warranty claims daily to ensure timely resolution Submit customer goodwill claims where failures occur outside warranty parameters Prepare and manage all weekend and month-end reports Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and warranty parts Ensure the safekeeping and control of warranty parts Liaise and communicate effectively between head office and relevant stakeholders Provide relief support to the Service Advisor when required Prepare daily summaries of work in progress Perform any additional duties reasonably required by management Ensure all tasks comply with minimum company standards and procedures Qualifications & Experience Matric certificate or higher qualification Minimum 2–3 years’ warranty experience within a passenger or commercial vehicle dealership Warranty and costing background is essential Truck industry experience preferred Valid Code 8 driver’s licence Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy Ability to read and write in English Strong communication and organisational skills Team player with a confident and proactive approach Ability to anticipate issues and operational requirements proactively #J-18808-Ljbffr
