The CC facilitates the application process for such customers by inputting application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements. The CC is the primary liaison with EF applicants regarding application progress, outcomes, and the setup of merchant accounts for the acquisition of building materials. The CC plays a societal role in facilitating finance for the development and improvement of housing in South Africa. Additionally, the CC helps build-ware merchants provide better service and reach a larger customer base, increasing their turnover and sustainability. Job Requirements Matric certificate; tertiary qualification is advantageous. Experience in a sales environment is advantageous. Basic computer literacy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
