The successful candidate/couple will be responsible for the overall management of the lodge, ensuring a world‑class guest experience, strong team leadership, and sound financial and operational performance. This is a highly visible role requiring presence, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm yet refined guest environment. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager/Couple or in a senior leadership role within a 5-star boutique hotel or luxury hospitality environment Strong all‑round operational knowledge (FOH, F&B, housekeeping, admin) Solid financial acumen with budget management experience Experience with hospitality systems (e.g. PMS, channel management tools) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability Well‑presented; professional, and guest‑focused with a natural hosting style A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving ability Key Competencies Strong leadership and team development Financial and commercial awareness Guest‑centric mindset with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Resourcefulness and ability to think laterally High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence Salary – On application Start – ASAP PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
