Remote, South Africa | Posted on 08/01/2026 Hybrid role: Digital Strategy, Web Analytics, Conversion Tracking & Technical Growth Execution Overview You will be responsible for building and managing the full tracking, analytics, and conversion infrastructure across our portfolio, ensuring accurate data collection, campaign measurement, and marketing performance optimization. You translate business and marketing goals into clean, measurable digital tracking systems and actionable reporting. Key Responsibilities You need to set up the behind-the-scenes tracking that tells us what users are doing on websites and ensures all marketing platforms get clean, reliable data. 2. Server-Side Tracking & Conversion APIs Ability to track on a Luux server instead of just the website so ads platforms get better data, performance improves, and we're future-proofed for privacy changes. Deploy and maintain GTM server containers (sGTM) Setup Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc. server events Build hashed user-data pipelines (email, phone, IP) Handle event deduplication logic & conversion audit trails Ensure privacy, consent mode & data compliance Understand Graph testing, allow deny lists, custom conversion event approval so it shows up in campaigns. 3. Marketing Platform Integrations Make sure each ad platform receives the right conversion data so campaigns optimize correctly and results are attributed properly. Experience across: GA4 Events, parameters, conversions, cross-domain, BigQuery setup Google Ads Conversion tags, enhanced conversions, feed tracking Meta Ads Pixel, CAPI, custom events, offline conversions LinkedIn Ads Insight tag, conversions, UTMs, CRM workflows TikTok Ads Pixel & Events API Pinterest Ads Conversion integrations & enhanced match CRM Integrations: HubSpot, Cognito Forms, Marketo (when present) 4. Consent Management & Compliance Google Consent Mode (v2) CMP platform setup & debugging (OneTrust, CookieScript, ConsentManager) Consent-based tag firing logic & regex-controlled triggers Data governance & privacy-safe measurement setup 5. Technical Scripts & Automations Write lightweight code that helps us track forms and user actions even when normal tracking can't see them. Google Ads lining, Reporting Identity Comprehension, Custom metrics and dimensions, custom data for Google Tags Understand Google Tag linking and setup Google Ads Settings Comprehensions, Google Tag vs GTM Enhanced Conversion difference, setup and debugging.
