Education: BTech / BSc / National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3 years experience in process engineering Strong exposure to FMCG or continuous manufacturing environments Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Advanced Excel) Solid understanding of SHERQ standards and compliance Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Key Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities Optimise equipment, labour, materials, and processes (4M approach) Implement and maintain operational standards across shifts Support quality improvement programs and compliance requirements Plan and execute trials, process changes, and equipment improvements Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe operations Support new equipment installation and process development Apply now!
