Minimum Requirements A minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm management, with exposure to general farm operations (livestock, land, infrastructure, and maintenance). Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to service, maintain, and repair farm equipment, machinery, and engines. Proven ability to manage farm maintenance, infrastructure, and equipment upkeep independently. Key Competencies Honest, dependable, and hardworking, with a clear understanding that farming is a lifestyle and may require after-hours attention. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems on the ground. Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks efficiently without delay. Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor farm activities and report on progress.
