The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from business development and client relationship management to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, relationship-focused, and passionate about connecting top talent with leading organisations.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to successful placement Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms Conduct reference checks and assist with candidate vetting processes Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through to onboarding Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates within various industries Maintain accurate candidate and client records on the recruitment system Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress and market insights Minimum Requirements: Matric Field related degree/diploma (Advantageous) Min 1-2 years experience Proficient in Afrikaans/English Experience with Placement Partner, LinkedIn, PNet Stable and reliable internet connection Strong written and verbal communication skills
