Our leading client in the FMCG manufacturing sector is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Compliance Supervisor to join a dynamic production environment based in Umhlanga. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with internal quality systems, regulatory requirements, and customer standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience within a manufacturing or technical environment. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and ensure adherence to internal quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits, including ISO and client audits Maintain accurate quality documentation and records in line with compliance standards Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions Investigate quality incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Support and facilitate staff training on quality and compliance procedures Track and report on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and customer-specific standards Assist with sustainability and ethical trading compliance submissions, including SMETA and EcoVadis Coordinate compliance-related data collection and reporting processes Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects Minimum Requirements Education and Experience Diploma in Operations Management, Compliance, or related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within a manufacturing or technical environment Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing processes preferred Experience with CAPA, risk assessments, and document control systems Strong understanding of industry-related compliance legislation and regulations Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance standards Excellent communication and report-writing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems/tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Strong administrative and time management skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Team player with a customer-focused approach Salary: Market Related #J-18808-Ljbffr
