Job Title: Reservationist (OTA Specialist) Location: Johannesburg (Head Office) Company: Boutique Hospitality Group Salary: R25,000 CTC (Negotiable by DOE) Overview A fast-paced, detail-driven reservations role focused on managing all online and direct bookings across multiple luxury properties within a boutique hospitality group. The position requires strong OTA expertise, systems knowledge, and the ability to ensure seamless guest booking experiences while maintaining rate integrity and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities Reservations & OTA Management: Manage all reservations across direct and OTA channels (Expedia, Apply Below, etc.). Maintain accurate availability, rates, content, and listings across platforms. Ensure rate parity across all booking channels. Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests. Handle guest booking enquiries professionally and efficiently. Systems & Revenue Support: Work with channel managers and PMS systems (Opera or similar). Support revenue management processes and reporting. Identify and flag discrepancies in rates, availability, and system updates. Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate booking flow. Guest Communication & Experience: Manage all pre-arrival guest correspondence. Ensure a seamless reservation experience aligned with luxury standards. Communicate guest requirements clearly to property teams. Administration & Coordination: Maintain accurate reservation records and system updates. Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards. Provide administrative support to reservations and revenue teams.
