Key Responsibilities Act as AFP Site Manager on assigned projects Plan and control daily/weekly site programmes Manage labour, materials, plant, tools and subcontractors Read drawings, set out works and enforce correct execution Oversee earthworks, excavation, compaction and layer works Manage concrete works (foundations, slabs, bunds, bases) Structural works including formwork, rebar and minor steel interfaces Drainage, trenching, brickwork and finishing works Operate and manage Dumpy Level set-out Ensure mechanical interface support (bases, thrust blocks) Enforce safety compliance and stop unsafe work immediately Control quality, inspections, snag lists and as-built records Submit daily diaries, progress reports and site feedback Supervise teams and subcontractors with strict discipline Minimum Requirements Proven experience in petrochemical / fuel / industrial construction Strong civil background (concrete, earthworks, drainage, structures) Ability to read and interpret civil drawings accurately Dumpy Level experience essential Strong leadership and site control ability Computer literate (Excel, email, reporting, MS Projects) Valid Code 08 driver’s licence (PDP advantageous) Willing to travel and work away from home Sober habits and reliable transport Experience on Total Energies, Engen, Vivo, Shell or similar sites advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
