Key Responsibilities Managing the full transfer process from instruction to registration Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office Drafting and processing transfer documents and correspondence Following up on outstanding requirements and ensuring timely registration Maintaining accurate file management and FICA compliance Providing professional client communication throughout the transfer process Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary specialising in transfers (non-negotiable) Proficiency in conveyancing software (Ghost Practice, Lexis Convey, or similar) Strong knowledge of the transfer process and Deeds Office procedures Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy portfolio Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive, market-related salary Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity for growth within an established firm Conveniently located in Tokai/Steenberg
