Key Responsibilities Financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management Monthly management accounts and KPI reporting Cost analysis, margin analysis and profitability tracking Financial controls, stock control and fraud prevention VAT, PAYE, UIF, tax and statutory compliance Payroll oversight and labour-related financial compliance Strategic financial analysis and dashboard reporting Supporting operational decision-making and business growth Assisting with HR administration, recruitment support and employee records Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Strong financial management and reporting experience Experience within agriculture, farming, production, manufacturing or similar operational environments will be advantageous
