Minimum Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Cost / Management Accounting role within a Manufacturing or Production environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CIMA qualified, near completion, or extensive relevant cost accounting experience Experience managing cost accounting functions across production or plant environments will be advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset Proven ability to partner with operational and plant management teams Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a small finance team Ability to manage and develop assistant accountants and inventory controllers Willingness to travel regularly between production sites Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems Experience with ERP systems (Navision advantageous) High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment Salary Structure Negotiable based on experience Medical Aid Contribution Provident / Pension Fund Contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
