Key Responsibilities Draft operation breakdowns for garments, including materials, components, and all production steps from cutting to packaging. Manage the order funnel and allocate orders to appropriate production lines based on capacity and urgency. Monitor factory load to ensure efficient resource utilisation and realistic production timelines. Liaise with merchandising, design, procurement, and other internal stakeholders to confirm order specifications and deadlines. Maintain accurate production schedules, tracking sheets, and progress reports. Ensure timely requisition and availability of fabric, trims, and all required materials. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on technical specs and quality requirements. Assist in pre-production and production planning meetings, including capacity planning and quality coordination. Maintain documentation for each production batch, including material usage, lead times, and outputs. Identify and elevate production issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Support continuous improvement and assist with resolving workflow bottlenecks. Solid understanding of garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and QC. Strong production-planning skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
