Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent via job boards, headhunting, social media, and networking — internally and externally, to fill key roles within the organisation. Job Posting, Screening & Shortlisting: Advertise roles, review applications, conduct initial screenings, and build quality shortlists for hiring managers. Interview Facilitation: Organise and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers smoothly and professionally. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and align recruitment activity to business objectives. Candidate Communication: Deliver a positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication while promoting company culture and values. Reporting: Accurately track and report on recruitment activities, contributing to trend analytics and data-driven decision-making. Process Improvement: Continuously drive innovative talent acquisition strategies and processes aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness. Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold recruitment best practices and company policies, ensuring confidentiality in all talent discussions. Grade 12 Senior Certificate (university degree preferred) 2–5 years' experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency Proficient in MS Office — Word, Excel, and Teams Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment technology Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships Positive, team-player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Alignment with Karooooo/Cartrack values: customer service excellence, accountability, results-driven, and a sense of urgency #J-18808-Ljbffr
