SITE FITTER AND TEAM SUPERVISOR/EAST LONDON (COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES) REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Fitter or in a similar role Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different sites as needed RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the installation and fitting of aluminium products manufactured for installation, shopfront doors, windows, stack doors etc Installation could include removal of any existing products and preparation for fitting of new products Following fitting schedules and drawings issued by the client/manager Alterations of any products on site which require so Enforcing with the team and adhering to all safety protocol whilst working on site.
