Once that accounting link is stable, I want to extend the workflow: Responsibilities Mobile technician toolkit: Using Simpro Lightning, create a lightweight app (Android/iOS or PWA) that lets field staff view jobs, clock time, add parts, collect signatures and work from pre-built templates. Everything should be ready for a new tech to log in and start. Event-driven messaging: When a job is set to "Approved" in Simpro, the assigned technician must receive an automated WhatsApp message. At the same time, QuickBooks should trigger a Zapier flow that calls the OpenAI API, generates a short customer confirmation note and attaches it to the job file. Deliverables Fully tested QuickBooks to Simpro sync covering invoices & payments, customers and inventory. Source or config files plus hand-over documentation. Branded Simpro Lightning mobile app with all templates loaded. Working WhatsApp trigger and OpenAI note automation.
