UniSource Software Services is seeking an ERP Software Application Support Consultant for a full-time role based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will provide application and customer support for ERP and business software solutions, assist clients with troubleshooting and day‑to‑day operational issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and system efficiency. Responsibilities Providing software and application support to clients Troubleshooting and resolving user and system‑related issues Assisting users with software processes and best practices Investigating data and reporting issues Supporting software implementations, upgrades, and user training where required Minimum Requirements 2.5 to 4 years experience in ERP, accounting software, or business application support Experience supporting business software: Sage, Pastel, Xero, or similar applications Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as debtors, creditors, invoicing, stock Good Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, filtering, data analysis Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good communication and customer interaction skills Resourceful and willing to use AI tools, online knowledge bases, and documentation to solve problems Ability to work independently and within a team Ideal If Experience with Sage 200 Evolution or Sage Business Cloud Accounting Exposure to manufacturing, retail, or ERP environments IT Diploma or related qualification preferred Remuneration Entry‑Level position with a budget between R24 000 to R30 000 subject to experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
