The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project delivery team and support the successful execution of customer and internal initiatives. This role sits within the Product Development team while operating at the intersection of client, Development, Support, and Customer Success. It is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work, connecting cross-functional teams, and helping ensure that commitments translate into strong delivery outcomes. This role focuses on: Expected to grow into mid-tier custom development delivery projects Tracks internal development projects and feature rollouts Manages parallel custom dev work during onboarding Facilitating knowledge transfer across teams Managing task triage processes in collaboration with the project management team Attending client facing meetings and scheduled interactions Internal and external reporting and documentation Helps build delivery frameworks, including estimation processes and defining mid-tier vs enterprise projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior project managers to coordinate project activities, support the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to GoLive!, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that tasks and deliverables remain on track. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of both internal and client-facing projects Assist with facilitating the full project lifecycle Manage and prioritise task triage to maintain efficient workflows Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date internal project reporting and documentation Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and stakeholders Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deliverables Identify projects and tasks at risk and escalation up the chain Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Ideal Candidate Highly organised with strong attention to detail Customer facing experience (highly desired) Curious problem solver Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn Exceptional follow through skills Strong communication and coordination skills Able to manage multiple priorities across different teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Your Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, QA, UAT, or operations (internships and part-time experience considered) Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) Technical aptitude with an interest in improving workflows through automation or process enhancements Additional Qualifications (Advantageous) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Understanding of supply chain processes Working knowledge of ERP or accounting systems (e.g. SAP, SYSPRO, Sage) Experience in eCommerce platforms or integrations Familiarity with GitHub or version control What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
