This role is ideal for someone with inside sales or account management experience who enjoys building relationships, supporting partner onboarding, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment. About the Role As Account Executive, you will work closely with accounting partners, guiding them through their early journey, supporting certification, helping them onboard clients, and developing strong long-term relationships. You’ll spend much of your time engaging partners remotely, responding to enquiries, managing sales tickets, and ensuring accurate CRM updates. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective partner enquiries Proactively contact partners to offer support and grow accounts Manage incoming sales tickets from prospective and existing partners Support partners through onboarding, certification, and early adoption Help partners onboard their first clients onto the platform Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce Update practice staff and contact details in the CRM Add and manage new leads Stay up to date with product training, webinars, and platform functionality Drive attendance for certification sessions, webinars, and events What You’ll Bring Experience in inside sales or account management Strong communication skills, written and verbal Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships over the phone Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline Process-driven mindset with ownership and initiative Interest in online accounting technology Comfortable using CRM systems and business software Passion for helping partners succeed Nice to Have Experience in a SaaS company Salesforce experience Small business accounting software experience Knowledge of accounting practices or accounting products Tertiary education What’s On Offer Opportunity to grow partner relationships in a scaling SaaS environment Exposure to the accounting and bookkeeping ecosystem Fast-paced sales environment with clear production, revenue, meeting, and event targets Collaborative team culture with strong partner impact Company Culture This is a values-led environment focused on customer impact, accountability, collaboration, and respectful communication.
