Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification or Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa. 1012 years experience within financial services, professional services, consulting, or regulatory environments. Minimum 5 years leadership or senior management experience. Strong exposure to financial reporting standards, governance, accounting, and auditing frameworks. Deep understanding of complex IFRS standards and industry reporting requirements. Experience engaging with executive stakeholders, governance forums, and industry bodies. Strong strategic leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capability. Exposure to banking, insurance, investments, or broader financial services environments would be advantageous.
