Microsoft Dynamics 365 Logistics & Warehousing Support Consultant About the Role We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Logistics & Warehousing Support Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support and optimize warehouse and logistics operations within the D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) environment. You will act as a key link between business users and technical teams, ensuring efficient system performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with operational best practices. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for D365 SCM modules, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Management Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to inventory, warehousing, and logistics processes Configure and maintain warehouse structures, location directives, work templates, and inventory parameters Support end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping) Analyze business processes and recommend system and operational improvements Collaborate with IT and development teams on system enhancements and integrations Participate in testing cycles (UAT, regression testing) for new features and fixes Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials Deliver end-user training and ongoing support Monitor KPIs and build reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Hands‑on knowledge of: Warehouse Management (WMS) Inventory Management Logistics and distribution processes Experience configuring D365 warehouse and inventory parameters Understanding of supply chain operations and warehouse workflows Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Nice to Have Experience with Transportation Management in D365 Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services), DevOps , or system integrations Experience with RF scanning/barcoding technologies Knowledge of Power BI or SQL for reporting Microsoft Certification in D365 Supply Chain Management Key Success Measures Timely resolution of system issues Improved inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency High user satisfaction and adoption Successful delivery of enhancements and improvements Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field 3–8+ years’ experience in D365 consulting or logistics/warehouse systems support #J-18808-Ljbffr
