Responsibilities: Support manager to achieve brand and category marketing goals Contribute to the creation of new initiatives including new products, packaging and ideas Develop consumer insights and expertise, competitor and marketing understanding, to provide recommendations Input in marketing plans Set priorities and meet deadlines In depth and insightful reporting on category performance Work effectively with other team members Demonstrate creativity and innovative skills Manage cross function teams to execute project and category strategies Sound knowledge of marketing mix of portfolio May take on assistant/intern for the first time to train Skills: Great track record in Marketing Degree or Honours degree (including Finance/Business Science grads) or IMM Diploma. Proactive, takes initiative and highly motivated self-starter Good verbal and written communication skills Good numeracy skills (Candidate will be required to pass a numeracy test) Advanced computer skills Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, online project management platforms e.g. Click Up, Slack Able to multi-task and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment Able to collaborate with all levels and departments of the business Demonstrate skills in leadership Demonstrate decision making Creativity and ability to produce innovation and original ideas Time and project management skills
