Role Overview Own and manage an assigned portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships. Regularly engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to maintain satisfaction. Resolve client issues swiftly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary. Identify gaps, needs, and opportunities within accounts to drive sales. Actively upsell additional features and drive adoption of under-utilized services. Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to retention. Provide client feedback to product and training teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Matric Sales/Estate Agency qualification would be advantageous Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Commercial acumen with ability to spot opportunities and upsell Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Structured and proactive in managing client communications Experience 3-5 years sales experience with strong knowledge of the property market Key client management experience Business development experience Technical Skills Computer skills and the ability to work with IT software programs, specifically Lightstone Toolkit and Prop Data System and all Microsoft programs.
