Job Description: Lead the finance function end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, clear accountability, and a high-performance team cultureOversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly close, management accounts, and Group reporting requirementsContinuously enhance financial controls, reporting standards, and scalable best-practice processesPartner with the executive team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decisions and long-term planningDrive commercial performance, contributing to revenue growth, margin improvement, cost efficiency, and overall profitabilityOwn the full budgeting and forecasting cycle, working closely with FP&A and senior finance stakeholdersEvaluate growth opportunities, including new ventures, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion initiativesTranslate financial data, KPIs, and industry trends into actionable insights and risk mitigation strategiesOversee treasury, cash flow, and financial risk, including liquidity optimisation and foreign exchange exposureManage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and advisors Skills & Experience: Minimum 810 years experience in finance, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership roleProven executive leadership capability within complex, fast-paced environmentsStrong experience engaging with auditors, banks, and external stakeholdersExposure to Group-level reporting structures and stakeholder managementDeep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory frameworksAdvanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modellingSolid experience in treasury, cash flow, and risk managementStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business performance Qualification: CA(SA) non-negotiable For more information connect with us on
