Job Description Our client is urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated External Sales Consultant to join their team in the beauty industry. Responsibilities Manage client relationships, introduce new products, conduct store visits, and provide exceptional service to valued customers. Take orders during client visits and accurately enter them into the online ordering portal during regular and after‑hour hours as needed. Schedule and conduct 5 to 8 client visits per day, with all visits pre‑booked in advance for the following two months. Start the first appointment at 8:30 AM and conclude the last at 4:45 PM, followed by a mandatory 15‑minute daily debrief with the sales team. Attend bimonthly internal training sessions, scheduled before or after standard working hours. Requirements Proficiency in managing an online diary, supported by our administrative team. Computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel. Prior on‑the‑road sales experience and professional training or experience in nail services. Ownership of a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and insurance coverage for rentals in case of vehicle unavailability due to accidents or mechanical failures. Proficiency in English required; Afrikaans proficiency highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities. Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to complete tasks promptly and seek support when necessary. Adaptability to manage multiple communication tools and software, such as WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and online diary. Willingness to learn and adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ability to work a schedule that includes the specified appointment times and a daily debrief.
