Join a high‑impact XVA & Structuring Middle Office supporting front office trading and structuring teams across derivatives and financing products. This role sits at the core of the XVA value chain, ensuring accurate trade capture, risk representation, valuation alignment, and lifecycle integrity across CVA, FVA, MVA, and related adjustments. Responsibilities Operate in close partnership with XVA Trading, Structuring, Quantitative Analytics, Risk, Technology and Product Control, providing critical oversight, control and insight to enable profitable, well‑controlled, and scalable XVA activity. Supporting trading desks by ensuring seamless execution and lifecycle management of client and internal transactions. Identifying, analysing and resolving trade breaks, valuation discrepancies, and operational issues in a timely manner. Engaging with internal stakeholders and, where required, clients to resolve trade‑related queries and escalations. Analysing trade flows and improving operational accuracy, efficiency and control effectiveness. Understanding global market dynamics and their impact on trading activity and desk risk profiles. Driving process improvements, automation initiatives and scalable operating models across trading support functions. Maintaining robust risk and control frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal governance standards. Performing and interpreting P&L attribution and valuation drivers for trading books. Supporting new product onboarding, structuring initiatives and system/process enhancements. Developing an understanding of the risk profile of the trading book, ensuring accurate trade capture and risk representation. Monitoring trading activity, proactively identifying issues and escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications Honors Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM or CQF are advantageous. 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Middle Office, Product Control, XVA support or Markets Operations within a global markets environment. Working knowledge of derivatives, valuation methodologies and counterparty/XVA risk concepts. Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret P&L, valuation movements and risk sensitivities. Experience working with Trading Platforms such as Murex or Front Arena. Exposure to XVA frameworks, collateral management and exposure modelling is advantageous. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Python or VBA beneficial for automation and data analysis. Ability to engage effectively with trading, structuring, quant, risk and technology teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and quantitative concepts into clear, actionable insights.
