The successful candidate will be in a crucial leadership position in a manufacturing facility, responsible for overall operations, workforce management, and productivity of the plant. Minimum Requirements South African citizen. Grade 12. Relevant Qualification/Trade Certificate to plant or administrative degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role. MS Office proficiency. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Basic accounting knowledge (knowledge of BuildSmart would be beneficial). Duties Ensure full compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations within the department. Monitor and optimize logistics and plant to maximise operational efficiency. Supervise workshop and holding yard operations. Maintain accurate records of plant usage, breakdowns, inspections, and servicing for reporting purposes. Collaborate with contract directors to ensure efficient plant availability and utilization.
