ProStaffSelect is searching for a pastry chef with all‑round pastry, baking and dessert production skills to handle and oversee daily dessert production for hot and cold plated desserts with multiple garnish components. Responsibilities Oversee daily dessert production, including preparation of hot and cold plated desserts with garnish components, and manage the pastry kitchen. Requirements Focused pastry qualification At least 3 years’ experience within senior dessert fine dining / 5* à la carte operations Advanced dessert techniques for detailed plating components and innovative plating concepts Strong personality and perseverance in working long and demanding shifts Strength in delegating and leading a junior pastry team (2 Junior CDP's and 1 Trainee) Innovative and confident in creating new desserts, costings, managing food cost and GP’s for the section Submit at least 5 photos of recent plated pastry work / desserts only (no function menus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
